Born from connection.
Built on community.
The Catskills Women’s Collective was born out of the quiet truth so many entrepreneurs share — the loneliness of building something on your own.
When Sarah Mirsini and Antonia Schreiber would meet, their conversations always circled back to business — the challenges, the dreams, and the endless ways they could grow and succeed.
What started as two women lifting each other up over a cup of tea and conversation quickly became something much bigger.
This Collective was created from a need for community — a space where women business owners could find support, guidance, and genuine connection. It’s for the dreamers and the doers, the creators and the cultivators, the ones building businesses rooted in passion, purpose, and heart.
Here, collaboration replaces competition. Here, your voice matters.
Because when women support other women, anything is possible.

With a Master’s in Marketing and a Holistic Wellness Coach Certification from IWA, I blend strategy, storytelling, and soul in everything I create.
I’m also the creator of Sunday Rituals, a sensory self-care series, and MẼNOS, a ritual-based skincare line rooted in intentionality, clean formulations, and holistic beauty.
My work lives at the intersection of wellness, brand building, and cultural ritual — with a mission to help others reconnect to what matters, through both skin and spirit.

My approach blends education, intuition, and science to empower clients to understand what’s best for their own bodies.
From writing for industry publications to collaborating with Olympic teams, I’ve found inspiration everywhere—but I’m happiest at home on my Windham farm with my husband, Chris, and our son, Cesaré.

I founded Catskills Candle Studio after years of hands-on experience in candle making and design, driven by a passion for craftsmanship and sustainability. Every candle is made with 100% natural soy wax from American-grown soybeans and clean, essential oil–infused fragrances.
My background in the design industry shaped my mission to offer luxurious, eco-friendly candles at a guilt-free price. Through local workshops, I share my creative process while celebrating community, sustainability, and the beauty of the Catskills.

I'm a children’s book art director with 25 years of design and editorial experience. After working in-house at major publishers, I pivoted to freelance a few years ago and have never looked back. I feel so lucky to have a career that I love, which is helping to make books that impact young readers in a meaningful way.
My work has received numerous accolades and I have designed several New York Times bestselling books. Throughout my career, I have worked with many acclaimed children's book creators.
I live in Villanova, PA, with my husband, two daughters, and our fur baby. We spend weekends during the winter in Windham, our home away from home.

My love for food began in childhood, watching my mom run a catering company and my dad, a trained chef, create magic in the kitchen.
After culinary school at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC, I built a career in hospitality—working the line, baking at dawn, and eventually finding my place in catering and events.
Now living in the Catskills, and founded Farm to Feelings, I blend my culinary roots with my training in nutritional therapy, sharing heartfelt, nourishing recipes inspired by family, flavor, and joy.
